CRNRSTONE capabilities include recruitment and booking for both Central Location testing and In-Home Usage Tests.
CRNRSTONE has run multiple projects involving product testing, and have capacity to fully project manage all aspects.
Giving consumers the opportunity to trial a product before its release gives a great scope of insight into the product. It will ensure that your customers are engaged and excited at each stage of the journey, and makes them feel like they’re a part of the product creation.
Our panel loves trying new things, and our in-house call centre allows us to track all stages of the process, from recruitment, to product packaging and delivery (if necessary), venue management, and managing participant needs.
Our in-house Call Centre allows us to follow up participants by phone, ensuring they receive the product, are on track with the task and understand what is required.
We have delivered thousands of people for CLT taste testing – from soft drinks to fast food, personal care products, healthcare products and magazines!
With CRNRSTONE’s in house CLT facilities plus working with partners around Australia, we have successfully delivered projects from 20 people assessing coffee machines through to 15,000 people taste testing the latest Coke prototypes.
In Home Usage Tests (IHUT)
CRNRSTONE works with clients on a variety of interesting and immersive testing projects. Our clients need to test their prototype products, any flavour changes, their competitor products and sometimes they even need broad testing data to support government applications or marketing claims.
We have helped our clients test food and non-alcoholic beverages, health and atmosphere devices, through to personal care products.
Working with CRNRSTONE is like having an extension to your team. We take care of everything – recruitment of participants, packing and sending of all products, following up of participants through to completion, return of product if required, payment of incentives and management of data, if using our Fusion Platform.
