Dear Valued Clients,

There is a changing of the guard taking place at CRNRSTONE that has been many months in the making.

Pip Hooper, the previous owner of Stable Research (now CRNRSTONE), is stepping out of the day-to-day business and into a consultative role, effective 28th July.

Pip and her good friend and business partner, Karen Johnson, founded the business in its current format over 18 years ago. Together, they created a market research panel recruitment business focusing on strong processes and quality systems, delivering high quality people for our clients’ projects. Soapbox, our proprietary panel, has grown over this time to over 100,000 active and engaged members, who contribute their thoughts and opinions to thousands of clients’ projects every year.

Over the past couple of years, Pip has been instrumental in heading up the Sales function in the business. Many of you will have worked with Pip across the years and across many different projects.

Pip has been providing guidance and support to all team members, consciously imparting her vast knowledge of the industry and while we will all be sad to see Pip leave our regular rank and file, I am delighted that she has agreed to continue to advise and consult our team into the future.

It gives me great pleasure to say a huge thank you to Pip for her outstanding professionalism and dedication to CRNRSTONE and the Australian Market Research Industry over the past 2 decades. Please join me in wishing her well for her future!

It is also a great time to share with you the new client facing team at CRNRSTONE who will be taking the business forward.

Jodene Vining has recently joined the team as Client Services Manager, a newly created role to lead the Client Management team. If you haven’t already met with Jo, feel free to reach out. She will try to contact as many of you as possible in coming months.

Tiarna Henry has also recently joined CRNRSTONE as Client Manager and has begun looking after our core client base.

Lyn Parkes, returned from early retirement into a permanent part time role based in lovely Port Macquarie, where she and her husband have just built their dream home! Many of you will have worked with Lyn over the past 10 years.

We also have strong department heads working in the background to deliver your projects in the most efficient and collaborative way possible to ensure great quality respondents for all your research needs.

As for me, well I took the role of CEO in March last year, yes, just before the first lockdown! We have rallied through the tough times together and I am delighted to have such a strong, client focused team taking Stable Research into this new era.

Please reach out to us with any of your research and recruitment needs. We look forward to hearing from you!

Our Stable Soapbox panel of 110,000+ members is nationwide, diverse, engaged, and ready to share their opinions. We are actively engaging our panellists and they have been nothing but extremely responsive to the move to online methodologies, engaging in Remote Focus Groups, Unmoderated UX testing, Community Platforms etc. Host your own research today for more insights like this from them!
